She is a strong advocate for smart growth, focusing on better economic opportunities for our residents by supporting current and new businesses so they can thrive while welcoming and attracting visitors to beautiful St. Charles.

For Lora, the role of Mayor is not about achieving a personal goal, but rather her guiding principle in all discussions, considerations and decisions has been centered on the best interests for the city’s residents and businesses. She is a dedicated advocate for the city of St. Charles with eight years of municipal government experience, beginning when she was first elected 4th Ward Alderman in 2017.
